MEETINGS

The Board of Directors meets on the last Monday of various months at 5:30pm in the conference room at Hawaiki Tower and via Zoom video conference.  Owners may attend live in the conference room or via the Zoom call and participate in the meeting in accordance with the rules adopted September 24, 2021.  Owners requesting the Zoom link shall be provided a copy of the rules of participation.  Holidays may interrupt the schedule and require the meeting schedule to be adjusted or a particular meeting to be cancelled
